2. General Mobile Notary Work
Serving Clients in the Northern Virginia Area
Mobile services are reserved for documents that typically require multiple seals — real estate and loan packages, estate planning, business/corporate, and legal/family documents.
If your document is a single page or you're on a tight schedule, online notarization is the fastest option.
Price Breakdown (Pay by the Page, Mile, or Hour)
A. Base Rate

$20 for the first page signed and sealed (this includes travel within a 5-mile radius of my location).

$10 for each additional seal

$10 for each witness

$5 for each additional signer

$1 per page printed by the notary
B. Mileage Rate

$1 per mile for distances beyond the initial 5 miles.
C. Hourly Rate

For time-intensive notarization services. 1+ hours. Charges are calculated in 15-minute increments.

3. Real Estate Loan Signing
As a notary signing agent, I am trained to facilitate smooth and efficient closings for buyers, sellers, and lenders, ensuring that all documentation is properly signed and notarized.
This can be done in person or remotely online.
My high-capacity dual-tray printer quickly prints documents in both letter and legal sizes. Get scanbacks while I'm still at the closing table. My portable scanner makes this possible.
My goal is to make the signing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether it's a quick one-page notarization or a more complex 200-page signing, I'm here to guide you through every step.
